Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Valentine's Day, processing may take slightly longer. You will always receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the UK and EU, all applicable taxes and duties are included at checkout — you won't be charged anything extra on delivery.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we're happy to help redirect a package where possible if you contact us quickly after placing your order.
